Which Prosper local businesses deserve a closer look?

Posted by the Prosper Community Website Team. Which independent local business would you like our team to learn more about, and why? If you recommend a place, describe your own experience and when you visited. If you own, work for or have another connection to the business, please say so. Please keep this thread useful and specific. Promotional offers belong in the site's advertising or business-listing channels, and a suggestion here is not an editorial endorsement or a promise of coverage.
